the powersupply is overkill. A 450-550 watter should do fine. I have an x1900xt and running it on a 500 Watt supply. Your video card is quite expensive and not a good performer. For about the same price or lower you can get an x1950Pro or a Radeon HD 2600XT for DX 10 gaming.

You will just waste your money on that $160 power supply that can run TWO 160watt monster cards in SLI. The card you are getting, X1600 Pro is just a 41 watter. Most 400W power supply can handle that card with ease.
I would rather spend the $160 on a factory overclocked 8600GT then just get this good but cheap power supply:

Hi. You should be able to WELD with 700 watts. Just make sure you check the reviews to make sure the 700 number is real. (I use a 550 watt Antec supply with no troubles what so ever.) But the one you show seems really good.

700 watts? What are you trying to power, the national grid, try around 550watts or 400watts and check your spec`s again.
