its October 3rd. we live in an apartment and no one has anything up yet. we have these really cool things to put in the windows. is it too early?

If you are not aiming for you house to be something which people stop by to look at while passing by, then it may be a little early. But if you are very creative about decorations, it's not at all early. Go ahead man.

Nope it is the month of Halloween it is time to Decorate-by the time you get it all up you have to take it all down so the sooner you decorate the better!
