But if I were moving, I would most likely leave the things in Manila and buy in Samar. Bring only those things that have sentimental value. That is most practical.

depends how bulky the items. you can try truckers that make daily trips to the provinces, or by airplane or by bus ( cubao and pasay stations ) or by ship. if small items, LBC is okay.
