The point of life is to find the life in the point. No, wait. I mean the point of life is to live on the point. Urrgh.. What was I saying? Oh. The point of life is to find meaning in your existence. Either that, or to make life miserable for your parents. Haven't been able to figure out between them. Oh, and if you find out what the point of life is, would you be kind enough to share it with Y!A? It's asked quite often, but for some reason, no one seems to know the answer.

That's like asking "what's the point of going on a rollercoaster when it ends in 2 minutes?"

The point....there is no point. Life is just a fun ride. Use it or lose it.

By "point of life", I assume you refer to "essential meaning".

Life has meaning if we live for a real purpose. Real purpose requires God.

“Unless you assume a God, the question of life’s purpose is meaningless.” –Bertrand Russell (20th century philosopher and Nobel Laureate)

Things that serve no purpose have no worth. Without God, our lives are purposeless, meaningless, pointless and worthless.

Our human nature demands that our lives be worthy of living:

"There is only one really serious philosophical question, and that is suicide. Deciding whether or not life is worth living is to answer the fundamental question in philosophy. All other questions follow from that." (Philosopher Albert Camus - 1942)

If we reject God, we have to invent something to do that we can pretend gives our lives purpose. "I want to make a difference in the world" is such a pretend "purpose" with the real objective of making us feel good.

But if we admit God exists, then our purpose must be to seek Him.

i think originally we were bred as slaves for the Anunaki ,but that time has long gone and now we are on our own .

Many still wondering why we are here ,
who cares ,make the most of it and enjoy.not to be a slave any more
,
Although that does not hold true for those still under the power of the original doctrine
which today is called organized religion.
