Me and my mom just got in a fight and she threatend to leave. I don't want to call but I do i wish i could type in stead of talk, I'm afaraid that it will be awkward and they might call my house again or will the hotline number show up on the phone bill?

Hey, it sounds like you really do want to talk to someone.
do you have someone you can talk to about your situation? An older friend, a relative, a minister?
Have you called your town's social services department? they could probably direct you to someone to talk to.
I'd be glad to "listen" if you want to email me....

They are there to help pick up the phone and call. Or call a friend or family member to help.
