i have a hard drive(internal) and on start it wont spin at all....but i plug it in to another computer and it works fine....im comfused...

its also says detecting ide drivers....and it just says there...

When you install the hard drive before you plug the IDE cable ,plug only the molex (power cable) If the drive doesn't spin for few seconds then try another molex.If it spins plug the IDE cable and on start up enter the setup screen and check if the hard drive setting is on auto detect. Unless the drive is ancient it should work.

Sounds like it isn't being detected. Do you have the drive select jumpers set properly? Also, does the bios see the hard drive? You need to check for those two things.

motherboard issue possible the mother bios needs upgraded and not detecting the drive

You could very well need a new mother board, as for some reason it is not getting power, or it could be a power supply issue if you don't get a screen.
