I suffered from anxiety and depression my senior year of high school... each day I thought was going to be my last. I had no hope, nothing to look forward to. I didn't care if I died, I didn't care if I lived. I felt like I was nothing. I also thought I would never get better, but I did. I'm here today and that's all that matters. I'm here for a reason... so are you. Just keep hangin on.

The way I see it.. Sometimes it's worth living, sometimes it isn't. If you work a job you hate, have nothing to look forward to, never have fun etc.. Then what is the point of life? To live by the same routine over and over, until you die?
However, you almost always have the power to change your life. Instead of suicide, you can make life worth living. You can give yourself someting to look forward to, something to enjoy in life.
I'm not one of those people that says "suicide is greedy and selfish", because in my opinion, it's just selfish to tell people what to do with their bodies and their lives. It's basically like saying "if you want to own your own body and your own life, you're selfish". However, I'm not saying that it's a good option either. Why terminate a life that can be so precious, if you can just make it so?

"There is only one really serious philosophical question, and that is suicide. Deciding whether or not life is worth living is to answer the fundamental question in philosophy. All other questions follow from that." (Albert Camus-1942)
Worth and meaning are essentially the same thing. We find real meaning only in living for a real purpose. Real purpose requires God:
“Unless you assume a God, the question of life’s purpose is meaningless.” –Bertrand Russell
We can invent imaginary purposes, i.e. "I want to make a difference in the world", but we invent them only because of our need to prevent suicide. Because of that, we are never fully satisfied with our own invented purposes.
I think that the purpose of seeking God is a real purpose, given by God, and as such, gives our lives real meaning and real worth.

Out of each and every of the cases in my existence... the rather long, unhappy and painful time, even... no longer as quickly as have I felt existence became no longer properly worth living. If something... I constantly needed to work out yet another day. i do no longer be attentive to... perhaps, if somebody feels existence isn't properly worth living, they might desire to locate some thing that makes existence properly worth it. all of us have some thing.. whether it somewhat is basically a wish of a greater applicable the following day. Plant your seed of what's worth and nourish it.. watch it improve and tend to it.

Life is worth living on any given day. I never let an occasional bad day consume me with death for myself. Even when I have a bad day, a 1 hour walk sovles it all. On my worst days, and they are so rare and few, my thoughts are on the good things and how can I repeat them again. Never about an easy way out of life. Yes, life is worth living and every bit of it.
