Well I think it depends, I will give a try to see how well controlled it s the blood pressure, but be sure to monitor the pressure, of course the doctors and the people too attached to the system are going to say no!!! But I have know that lots of people do better with natural supplements than medication, because I will tell you, the medication might work but the have very unpleasant side effects, that over time we going are to have to treat them with another magical pill from the doctor!!!!My suggestion is don t stop it find a supplement, read the reviews from people about and try it, but do this as well, definitively exercise more, eat low sodium diet, if you smoke stop smoking, don t drink to much coffee, take the supplement, reduce the dose when you have the supplement and monitor closely the blood pressure, it might help to the point that dose could be reduced or totally eliminated, up to you, I got sick and tire of Atenolol, I still take it with a supplement to lover my side effects, I am still on the look out for a better supplement that help me to get away from the meds!!!!Like I said the doctor and so many people will say NO, but up to you, change your life style, walk more , walk every day, it s combination of things, like I said mine it s better by taking half of what I use to take and plus 1 supplement,It s possible!!! and I will tell you if you exercise, at least by walking it could help you even more.

As a healthcare provider I would advise against this. High blood pressure is nothing to be taken lightly even though it is so common that people tend to dismiss it. Talk to your provider. Have a blood pressure monitor at home (the wrist kind will do) and monitor it and write it down. My goal with my patients is 120/80. The problem with high blood pressure is that it can be at a deadly reading and the patient will have little to no symptoms. Meanwhile, it does it's damage. It is a leading cause of cardiovascular disease and the second cause of kidney failure.

In the Search for questions slot type in "high blood pressure" + "natural remedies" and you will get at least 25 results. A web search will turn up many thousands.
