Well, for the sex and alchohol part, next time you see him, bring a glass of champagne, and the first thing you say to him is, "Do you want a |3L0WJ0|3?

Slow down. Be 17.
There's plenty enough time to screw up your life with those things. If you haven't had a drink or drugs, don't start now. They won't do anything but make your life more difficult.
As far as sex, do you really want to have it just because you haven't yet? Again, what's your hurry? Do you know what you're throwing away if you do it? Other than your virginity (which you only have once), you'll be throwing away your own self respect. Don't do 'it' just because you can. Your body and your mind and your spirit will all feel terrible afterwards. Maybe not the next day or whatever, but eventually, somewhere down the line, you're going to think "Wow, I wish I'd have waited."
As far as the drugs and alcohol, if you want to use them, do this first: Watch people. For a week, a month, whatever. Reaally, really study them. Watch how people act when they're drunk, or stoned. Then compare them to where they're sober, and see how different they are.
Then ask yourself,"Do I really want to be like that?
Please, just wait. You're a kid

Well, you didn't convince me.
Good luck convincing him.
If you want people around you to support you in doing things that might "screw you up"...I'm sure you'll find them.
As Chef says, "There's a time and place for everything...and it's called college."
If he doesn't want to do something, don't be a bad influence on him. Stop with the negative peer pressure. If you don't feel like doing something alone or finding somebody else to debauch you, then you obviously don't really want to do it. And sex just so you won't be a virgin anymore?
Gross!
You know you're wrong. You know you're just trying to be rebellious, not "expanding your mind" or whatever.
You'll have opportunities to "try everything." Don't do things just to get them over with. Especially not sex...ugh.
That's so skanky!
Give it a rest! Life is not something you hurry up and do so you get it over with.

First of all, it's not up to him..it's up to you!! What is he going to do...follow you? lol
I STRONGLY urge you to not smoke cigarettes. That is a long horrendous road that is full of regret and excuses. I battled with cigarettes for 7 years. Don't do it!!!
As for pot, alcohol, and promiscuous sex...BE RESPONSIBLE!! Find your limits, and do not exceed them! BE SAFE! Use condoms, and NEVER leave your drinks unattended!!! People could slip date rape drugs in there. You definitely don't want that.
He obviously really cares about you. Maybe he thinks you are too vulnerable or that you wouldn't care about being responsible once you're intoxicated.
Alcohol causes too many problems. Pot on the other hand...now there's an excellent drug. :D

I'm sorry but i don't agree with you at all. pot, cigarettes, drugs, and definatley alchohol (mostly alch and pot) screwed up my brother 2 years ago, and he's still messed up. like he dropped out of school, has had a DUI and is so messed up that i don't think he'll ever move out of my parents house. please, please don't do it. just think. what will happen when you want to get a good job and they see that you've screwed up. probably not going to hire you. i really don't care about the sex stuff, just don't get an std or get pregnant. your friend is right to look after your safety, and you should be glad that someone cares that much about you. don't screw up your life. don't.

Well, it is your decision. You wouldn't actually need his permission for that, would you? Seems like you can get all of that at a decent concert with or without your friend. Just be safe and don't get addicted to anything.

well first of all - thats dumb.
second of all - its your descision but its not your right to take someone down with you who does not want to participate and feels uncomfortable about it. that is extremely irresponsible and unfair. you will regret it later.
