why are we conforming to their ways of life,THEY CAME HERE!! If these people are offended by how we Christians live ,in this country founded on Christian ethics, feel free to leave for a country that agrees with them, like Iran,Iraq Afghanistan,Syria ,Egypt and so on. Don't let the sand bother you .

I agree. I hadn't even heard about this. I think some people take religion a little too far. I believe in God, but I don't believe He would want us arguing about petty things like this.
I think people spend so much time trying to be politically correct that they're becoming unfocused as to what really matters: joining together for common good.

When I was a Boy Scout, I had a thing made of plastic that I could fill with water and basically was a folding sink. I'd have no objection to Muslims bringing those with them.
I'm with you, though. If we build them footbaths, then we need holy water fonts for Catholics, too.

The footbaths are not there to send a religious message, they are there to provide a service that is needed by people of a certain religion. The Ten Commandments are there to send a religious message. Big constitutional difference right there.

Disagree. Footbaths could be used by any student with dirty feet. You probably have a "Moment of silence" in schools and say "Under God" in the Pledge. There is enough subtly Christian stuff in schools to counteract something like a footbath.
