Write about the two types of assessments: Informal and formal assessments. Informal assessments can be observed behaviors in class. Checklists are a great tool to use to informally assess your students. Formal assessments are standardized tests. Rubrics are also a great tool to assess the students' learning.

Yes!! Have them assess how much it would cost to build a GREAT WALL completely around America. Then have them submit it to the President.
