please tell me how u find out and what it was like. did it change ur thoughts about gay men by seeing that this guy wasnt the stereotypical gay man?

It totally changed things for me. I thought that I was really open to a lot of things.......but then I found out this new friend of mine was gay (he mentioned it quite casually in a conversation with several folks). I was completely floored. Here's the thing though....the fact that he was gay didn't change why I liked him as a friend in the first place. He was truly a great guy and I enjoyed having him for a friend.
At the same time...I was also floored to find out a guy I thought was totally gay was really completely straight!

It never shocks me because I do not have any stereotypes of what a gay man is supposed to be like.

The guy got caught performing oral sex on another man. He still was a nice person, just a little different in his sexual orientation.
