Gee, what a morbid question.
Best way to die would be to die trying to protect someone I care about in a heroic fashion. Then have those cinematic death scenes.
Worst way to die would be to die by my own hands for doing something utterly stupid and unnecessary. Ex. Cutting down a tree while still being strapped to it.
EDIT: Hmm, perhaps Delilah..but thinking about one's death is still pretty morbid in my terms, regardless of context ;p

I would hate to be taken unawares so unlike most people I would prefer to see it coming. Natural causes is the best way to go. You gradually drift out of this world and when the big moment comes you've had a lot of time to prepare yourself. The worst is at the hands of a killer,since some party other than God has taken it upon himself or herself to deprive you of the full term of your mortal existence.

The best way to die would be surrounded by loved ones, and the worst would be alone in my opinion. My grandfather died with so many regrets that he died crying and wishing for us to be there. I feel sorry for him because i have a sad memory of him giving us an akward hug the only time we saw him... (he hugged our BACK--in the coldest way possible)

Best - Falling from a really huge height (think about all that freedom and serenity or whatever...) or being shot, saving someone's life
