a few days ago i got home from school ( i am a high school freshman) and checked Gmail and saw that i had an email from someone named fred finger that i owed desertusa.com money. i have never heard of the site and when i visited found that in my wildest dreams would i join them. they told me to email someone who is "customer support" and heres the thing. the "customer support" man is FROM ANOTHER COMPLETELY UNRELATED SITE. now how do i figure out who this is. they are threatening to take me to the district courts.

let them take you

if you dont know who they are then **** them, then file a countersuit for lost wages

Don't reply to the email.

Odds are that they have no idea who you are.

If they did know, they'd know you are a minor, and can disavow any contract up to when you are 18, so effectively can't be sued.

Don't worry about it, they cannot touch you.

1. Ignore it.
2. You are a minor; they can't take you to court.
3. But they can sue your parents if this is a real charge.
4. So tell your parents.

Ask yourself this...how can a company find your email account if tyou arent registered with them?.....its SPAM
