Since I go to the gym first in the morning, there's my motivation. I love the morning,and I enjoy starting my day working out. I'm all pumped for the day.

I don't get up in the morning because I work night shift. Other than that having a life depending on me is really good motivation.

Sad i know but I have an excuse. I get up very early and have a bit of time before the rest of the family wake. So I use it on P&S where it is evening in the US and night in the UK.

I think about how much it would suck to be late to school and have to waltz into class late
and I also think about how I would get behind in assignments
and how I'd kick myself later for not going and getting up
