With all the mp3's 4's and 5's and cellphones and all that with microphones in 'em.... Do you think it's cool that people record stuff without asking you first?

It's highly illegal in NYS. I don't approve of clandestine taping at all. You have to inform the other party that you wish to record the conversation and they have to agree before you proceed. You can tape incoming calls without permission but not outgoing. I like the law; I think it's right.
