xbox 360 or PS3?

i have both consoles and when it comes to buying like COD4 or GH3 or rainbos six vegas i cant pick witch console to pick and im wondering witch one is better (i have an HDTV with HDIM for both)

Anyway to answer your question. You should research at what fps (frames per second) each games run on that console. Then, get the version with the higher fps. Right now, 360 games have higher fps because developers have been able to learn how to use the hardware earlier. But in the future it won't make much a difference. So for Rainbow Six get the 360 version, for the others wait 'til they are released and research.

That's the reason why I stuck with just one console company because I couldn't be buying games for 2 separate consoles and playing on 2 different controllers but anyway, I have a PS3 also, but people are saying basically that 3rd party games that are released for both systems have about the same graphic quality.

But I think that the games will look better on the PS3 regardless because the PS3 is a true HD system.

I think that u should definetly get a PS3. the reasons are:
1. it has blu-ray player(blu-ray players cost about two grand right now.
2.The games are still not too good but they will get better.
3.Motion sensor and comfortable controller
4.Better graphics and can be connected to a HD Tv with a HDMI cable(Unlike Xbox 360, although the elite also has this feature).
5.Online connection without any additional fees.
6.its basically a computer you can install an OS like linux.
(Oh and dont buy your Xbox 360 just because of Halo 3 thats not smart.)

pc. build a quad middle, 4 gig Ram, with a 6770 or 550 for around $600-$seven hundred then you definately can play pc video games. Gamecube and Wii video games with the Dolphin Emu. you may play PS1 and PS2 video games with epsxe1&2 Play any game for the previous structures, GB, NES, Atari, MAME, etc, etc.. DS video games too. actual the only video games you may no longer play on pc are, xbox1 xbox360, psp, and ps3. and that i've got a CFW psp for the psp, and a supercard dstwo for my DS. PS3 HAS NO GAEMS maximum the best 360 video games are on pc too, so extremely i'm no longer lacking something plenty, and that i nevertheless have far greater video games then I actual have time to play lol, I actual have a million 1TBpersistent comprehensive, and that i'm beginning on the 2d. in case you don't desire a pc, get a 360.

If you want good games right now get the XBOX 260 since it's had a year advantage over the playstation. But if you wait another 6 months or so Metal Gear Solid 4 comes out and PS3 will start getting a better line-up. Just depends on when you want it
