i need help on writing memo about attentiveness?

for computer class we are supposed to write a memo to the staff about attentiveness and our ideas on how they can help students be into it more something like that and i never wrote a memo so i dont know what to write i would like to hear some one your ideas please and thank u

TO: Staff

FROM: Me (insert your name instead of me)

RE: Attentiveness of students

Then you just write out the body of the memo to tell the staff how you think they can help the students become more attentive.
