When you turn on the computer, You can not think of a question to ask, But once you turn off the computer a question come mine. And when you turn the computer back on you for got the question

Your mind becomes distracted by all the information on the computer. Sort of like wanting to tell a joke but forgetting the joke (or just plain forgetting what the joke was.)
