i just wanna know cuz all i did was laugh at a fight that was so funny..you just had to see it..and then my teacher said something like we all have detention and all i said was "you teachers are killing me man..how annoying are you guys" and then he threatened me and said he was gonna call the ACS on my mom and i know my principal is not calling the ACS on my mother for not filling out a form...i mean people have better things to do than fill out a stupid form about a detention im not going to...

so i just wanna know..can a teacher really do that over something thats not even that serious..

its not like anybody was hurt...why do you think i was laughing?? if somebody did get hurt i woulda been quiet but nobody was so i had a right to laugh..even the teacher laughed so it wasnt even that serious...

Your clear lack of respect for your teacher calls for much more than detention. Did your mother not teach you to be nice? Don't backtalk? Apparently not.
What is ACS?
Try being nice and respectful in the future. It will serve you well.

ACS is some stupid thing that people call when they take the parents away from their child becuz they believe the parent is not in stable condition of taking care of a child..
anyways..how was i even talking back...all you said was you teachers are killing me...since when was that talking back??

some of you people must be like 80 years old if you believe that was talking back..

yes your teacher can call acs, in most states they're required by law to call acs if they see or suspect any kind of abuse or neglegence. if they dont, they could loose their job or/and be brought up on charges themselves. good luck.

yes he/she can, and in some case he is required to do it.
