Sorry, but there is noway to lose just belly fat. You have to do all over body cardio exercises (running,walking,swimming,jump rope) anything to get that heart pumping. And after you lose fat, you can work on your abs by doing crunches, and ab exercises.becase if you do just ab exercises, you wont be able to see them unless the extra fat is gone. But have fun with it! Get an exercise routine down and make it fun and exciting, something that you will look forward to doing! And you will definetly have to cut down on your calorie intake. Whether it be 100 calories or 400 calories a day (depends on how much you already eat) Just eat healthy (lots of greens) and the weight should start falling off. Dont fall for diet scams, or pills. Those dont work! Exercise and cutting of the calories are the only way to do it!
But CONSISTANCY is key. Without it, nothing will last.

Try going at it from another angle. I have heard that sauna using helps a person lose water weight. Grab your belly fat feels like a hot water bottle don't it. Cut back on the salt, and get a sauna suit or just cut some holes in a great big black trash bag and cut holes for your head and arms and go sit in there for a half an hour or so.
