Never tried it before, so let's just put the keyboard on the floor, let me take off my shoes and socks, and find out:
I am typing this with my toes!
It took me about a minute to type the sentence above. I made a lot of mistakes at first (and I corrected them only using my toes), but it actually got much easier very quickly.
Yes, I can type with my toes, but I still prefer my fingers.

Is there a course to learn it? My friends say I could do something with my toes. I already started to play the guitarre and some painting, but still need a lot of practice...

Most of us would struggle or find it impossible.
But it is entirely possible with practice. People who have had the great misfortune to lose their hands or lose the use of their hands can, with time, learn to do almost anything they could do with their hands with their feet and toes. eg Peeling spuds, holding objects, and typing would for sure fall into this category.

i can...honest - i can also pick up pens with my toes and write with them although its not very neat and people usually dont want to touch where my feet have been!!
