This happened a while ago but can anyone tell me why Dave Miller the guitarist for SF got replaced by that new guy.Did he quit or did he get kicked out of the band?

Heath: I got involved with Senses Fail because they, through some sort of mutual agreement with their old guitar player, realized that it was time to part ways. Dave wasn’t happy. They weren’t happy with him. Nothing was getting done and it was time for a change. So Dave was gone – they fired Dave, Dave left, grey area. Nothing more was ever released, no details or specifics. Very professional of them to do it that way.

From what I understand he and the band came to the mutual decision that it was his time to leave, that's what the site said anyway. But from interviews it seems like he didn't leave of his accord.

i really dont know wikipedia didnt say much about it...
all i know is he got replaced by heath gablowski or whatever his last name is but he used to be in the band Midtown. i liked them but they just kinda faded away...
