I am currently a senior and still unsure about what I want to study in college, but I am considering going to SUNY Stony Brook. I currently reside in Central NY. I am going to graduate with an Advanced Regents Diploma. I have a 3.5-3.7 GPA and am part of National Honor Society. I took the SAT in June and got an 1100 on Critical Reading and Math. Taking it again this Saturday hoping for a higher score. I am currently taking AP French. I have done some volunteer work and extracurricular activities.

I'd say your chances look decent. Here's how the middle of the most recent freshmen class scored:
SAT - Critical Reading Middle 50%: 510-610
SAT - Math Middle 50%: 570-670
TPR Projected Range SAT Writing: 580-660
Average High School GPA: 3.60

Not very different from your scores and grades, is it? I'd say there's reason for hope.

Sure! Go for it. -But get your Application out as SOON as you can... -There's a LOT of competition out there. Good luck! :)
