Last Friday afternoon in Moon Township, PA, TNA's Kurt Angle was arrested for drunk driving.
After Moon Township police got a report of an erratic driver matching the description of Angle and his car, they went to his home.
He admitted to driving home from the bar. He agreed to and failed a sobriety test, but refused a blood test.
Angle was charged with driving under the influence and careless driving.
...my favorite wrestler was suspended...and now my favorite wrestler of all times is arrested...do I have bad luck or what?...

specific, i understand that Kurt attitude grow to be arrested for DUI on 09/04/11, and he's presently on a million 3 hundred and sixty 5 days of probation when you consider that 04/20/11, in Grand Fork, North Dakota. when you consider that Kurt attitude has violated his probation with the help of being arrested mutually as on probation than Grank Fork could carry him back and positioned him in penal complex yet i'm not for specific for a fashion long.

It seems that Kurt Angle can't catch a break these days. Since he was arrested for DUI does that mean he has to forfeit the TNA World Title & serve suspension? Hope he can work something out & soon.

I haven't found word of this anywhere else but your source, which leads me to believe it's a false report. TNA hasn't addressed it, either, which I find odd since Dixie Carter's openly spoke in interviews about health problems with Judas Mesias, and expresses concerns over his absence from the next PPV while not mentioning Angle at all. Find a more reputable source, and I'll buy it, but until then, or at least until searches for more news on this don't come up dry, I don't buy it.

The people who are still upset that Angle left the WWE are going to totally trash him for this one.
What he did was wrong, but people will make a bigger deal out of it because he's now in TNA.
I don't think TNA will punish him too badly for this.

I wouldn't be surprised if Angle no-sold the police's tasers before making each and every one of them tap out to the Ankle Lock at the same time, then proceeding to take all of their badges in a case of bad booking.

Kurt should not have many any admissions nor should he have agreed to take any tests. He brought the " bad luck " upon himself.

No one is above the law. If he was driving under the influence he should have been arrested.
