I usually get $100 in $1's, $5's then I have one roll of pennies, one roll of nickels, one roll of dimes and three rolls of quarters. EVERYONE will want to pay with $20's and it will wreck your nerves.

If your selling nothing less than 25 cents, I would say the change would only have to be quarters. I'd get two rolls of them & about 20 $1.00 bills, A few ten & five dollar bills.
Good luck on your sale!!!

Oooh! i admire going to backyard revenues and having backyard revenues! Our community places on a extensive community sale two times a 300 and sixty 5 days so i understand alot approximately putting on a effective sale...i've got had particularly the practice!! :) the 1st step: GET A FANNY p.c..!! do not use a field/jar/can/etc to shop your income. that's plenty too easy at backyard revenues for someones' funds stash to get stolen and in case you have a fanny p.c.. that's on you in any respect cases and additionally you have your hands unfastened!! :) i'd reccommend having a minimum of $15 in substitute (Quarters Dimes Nickels) you many times choose quarters, $a million's, $5's and $10's... relies upon on how plenty you're promoting your stuff for. i'd have a minimum of $50 in paper funds for substitute get as many $a million's and $5's as you may, you will choose them! you need to use Crayola or Marker on your backyard Sale indicators because of the fact it makes it much less complicated to examine to drivers than an ink pen :) Have an extremely effective storage sale!!
