If TNA wrestling and brain busting match fights are example of humane intertainment, then there is something wrong with the human race. Why inprison someone for breeding and fighting a dog, when we condition and train human to fight and kill one another. Is it free choice or a point of view. Is it because we can help the dogs, but cannot help ourselves.

Dogs have no say in the matter. People do.

As the first guy said, dogs have no choice in the matter. It seems to me that anybody who keeps animals has a duty of care. Allowing two pit bulls to tear each other apart for the sake of entertainment is bad enough, but gambling on it is completely immoral. I feel the same way about horse racing. These people claim to love horses, but when you see them digging the spurs in, just to get that extra speed, then you have to conclude that the animal's welfare isn't the top priority. When humans fight for sport, they do have a choice. But for some people, it's the only way they can escape poverty. This is also the reason why many people join the military. You'll find that the lower ranks are disproportionately represented by the lower socio-economic groups. But they still have a choice. Unless they've been brainwashed into believing that they are fighting for the security of the free world. And some people just like the idea of blowing the enemy to bits, without having to face any legal or moral consequences. I wouldn't join the army, no matter how hard up I was.

For the same hair brained reasons it's legal now under HR Bill 2015 to molest kids and take away everbody else's Free Speech And Civil Rights, that's how! These are the same nitwits that refuse to close the Borders and want Illegal Immigration! You can pull up House Bills 254, 984 and 1592 that preceeded it in the Death of Free Speech and Civil Rights for everybody on Yahoo Answers Search or go to the below sites!

Simple, humans have a choice. We as well have a choice to help ourselves if we are in the sound mind to do so. Breeding fighting dogs is a choice of some humans. A choice that harms innocent animals. A choice that is illegal and is dealt with as such.

You are pretty dense aren't you? Dogfighting is to the death, and the dogs have no choice. Professional wrestling is scripted, performed by well-trained athletes who are well paid for their shows. Wrestling is not to the death, it is to the end of the script, then they do it over at the next show. And nobody is forced to be a professional wrestler, all fighting dogs are forced into it.
