you need to take her to a vet and get them to check it out i cant see your hamster there for cant tell whats wrong

Sounds like she's got a tumor in her throat, which is causing her not to be able to keep her head straight. The running around in circles could be from the subsequent lack of balance. How long has she had that lump?! Better get her to a vet, and fast!

well i was told by the vet that hamsters sometimes get cancer so you might have it looked at to be safe.
