hiiiii , can anyone teach me a way or methods on how can i overlock my Intel Core 2 Duo E6750, teach me step by step without any external cooling system , methods for overlclocking with the default cpu cooler

They do have software overclockers, but I do not recommend using them. What kind of mobo you have?

First, if your clock speed is at least 3GHz, you don't need to. Overclocking was great when I was running Pentium or P2 processors, but it's no longer needed, especially since you have a core 2 duo.

u wont get much out of it and be stable unless the whole system is set up to overclock from a good tweakable motherboard to high-quality memory to excellent cooling and a solid psu .. dont waste ur time ..

overclocking is very dangerous to your computer... why do it?
it is already core duo.....
