Paradise Fish are almost always perfectly fine with most species but their own, or species that may be mistaken as their own (they are similar to Bettas). It is more likely that your Tiger Barbs are killing each other because their school is too small. 6+ is the minimum number of Tiger Barbs that should be kept together to reduce aggression. I would look through your tank (gravel, decorations, filter) for the Tiger that completely disappeared. As far as the eyeless one is concerned, it is likely that it died and later had its eyes eaten, not necessarily picked out while it was alive.

EDIT: If the Tiger was still alive without eyes, it was probably still from the other Barbs, not the Gourami (it is not likely the Gourami could have caught the speedy Barb often enough to get to its eyes multiple times, and again, the Gourami would have no interest in the Barbs).

I have to agree with Nosoup on this one.. I have kept A paradise fish before and the only fish it ever bothered was the ones that looked like a female paradise fish (silver lyretail molly). With a small shoal of tiger barbs your going to see aggression between them, thats just how they are. 6 is the minimum size of shoal you should have and even that is very small. If your tank permits it, you should increase your shoal to 10.

Your suitable wager is to chop up them (do away with the two the Paradise or those no longer working with the Paradise). Water temperature is purely the beginning up of judging fish compatibility, and does not by any stretch advise they're nicely suited. Paradise will in many cases instruct aggression and so very gentle or sluggish fish do no longer make the suitable companions for them.

with paradise fish they can be aggressive like the tiger barbs they are both dominant fish
paradise fish will chase and can kill and eat anything that is smaller than them
