I just recently completed Final Fantasy X (10) for the PS2. I've loved it! I've been looking into Final Fantast XII (12) but don't know what systems it's for. I'm also wondering which turn-based Final Fantasy game to get next. I own a PS2, Gamecube, and Wii. I liked 10 a lot, and I've heard 7 is good, too. Which should I get?
Any additional information about the gameplay, graphics, music and such is appreciated. *hint hint*

FF3 for the DS was a great game. It isn't on the standard graphically of the console games, but the job function, music, game progression, and storyline really are top notch.

Final Fantasy X has to be my ultimate favorite of the series, and FFvii is a great game, but it's become somewhat of a rarity since Final Fantasy: Advent Children was released (amazing movie, by the way).
I personally would suggest viii or ix; they're such classics, and they have al that old-school charm that rpg's are supposed to. They're both for the original playstation though, so you will need a ps1 memory card to play them on a ps2.

Final Fantasy 12 is for the PS2. It's a great game with beautiful graphics, I highly recommend it. FF7 is a good game, but the graphics are really dated, considering it is a PS1 game.

12 is on PS2, battle system is different, it tries to similate an MMORPG. Graphics is good and I like it.
There's one out for gamecube as well Crystal Chronicles, never played it but heard some good things about it.
7 came out for PS1 (you can play it on PS2, just need a PS1 memory card if I remember correctly), the story is great and you should give it a try. Next to that is 8, also for PS1, I absolutely love this one to death and it's my favorite FF game since FF3 on the SNES.

If you like 3rd Person Shooters and You really like the theme of Final Fantasy then go for FF7:Dirge of Cerberus. i know you dont have a ps3 but check out Final Fantasy Versus 13 (it's related to kingdom hearts!) and the main charecter makes you go OMFG!!!!!!!! pleeez watch thisss http://youtube.com/watch?v=gSYawSLHH-M&mode=related&search=
But for Ps2 go for ff12
And a good game for wii is Resident Evil 4
i think youll like ff12, it's a sick *** game and the abilitie learning is far more greater than speare grid.
ff12 is a medieval twist on the game and it includes those old schhol monsters. The controls and battle play are way more superior than other ff's

FF7 is an excellent game, graphic wise, it's not as good as 10 or 12, it came out for the original Playstation, but they do have FF7 for the PS2...the story and gameplay is excellent...

FF7 is the most popular final fantasy game by alot but my favorite on is 8. they're both for ps1 and the graphics are not great but they are still excellent games.

final fantasy7 definitly, but you need a PS1 memory card, for PS2, might as well go for XII or XI, i heard IX was okay, but X2 finishes up X
