What is the trend in magnetism across the period 4 transition elements?

Ie. more metallic/less magnetic from left to right? I found out that this is examinable in my year 12 exam, but there is no mention of it in my texbook.

All you need to know is that there is an island of magnetic metals in Fe, Co and Ni.
