There are many laptops with built in cameras. You can always buy a name brand such as Dell or HP.
You might look at Tigerdirect.com
I think you can do better buying a laptop and an additional digital camera if you are interested in quality pictures.

I have an Acer and it's very good. I'm a bit of a numpty where computers are concerned so anything that I can work easily has got to be good. They also have a good built in media centre too.
