Ichigo's bankai is complete. When first revealed, everyone was surprised that he had a small bankai.

Shinigamis who have reached a "hollow" state are called "vaizards." (Opposite is a hollow who has reached a shinigami state, which is what he is fighting against in this arc, espadas.) Ichigo's vaizard form makes him stronger, but presently, he can only hold it for 11 seconds before the hollow mask breaks and he returns to being a shinigami.

He achieved Bankai alright. It is just that his sword is always in the first release or Shikai release. The black sword is the his Bankai which enhance his speed.
He at the moment can enhance his Bankai state by putting on the Hollow's

I definitely do not believe Ichigo's bankai is completed. Based on the competition he has to face now at Hueco Mundo, he needs to get stronger. I believe Kubo is going to whip out another, "You have a hidden ability that can defeat all your enemies." by the time he has to fight Aizen.

Ichigo potential strawberry, yet interior the anime, while human beings make that reference he cuts the call in 0.5 so ichi potential one and circulate potential father or mom. Kurosaki interprets into Kuro= black and Saki= factor. Kurosaki as one notice has no meaning as one notice, in spite of the undeniable fact that that's a user-friendly kinfolk call.
