If you are talking about being mature in the mind then yes. You can make very good decisions if you are mature. If you are talking about your body, then no. Guys will hit on you when you are 14 thinking that you are in your 20's. That can be dangerous if you aren't mature enough in the mind to understand what is going on.

its ok,but when you do act like your true age ppl get confused.so its like your not meant to let loose every now+then...they expect you to do the right thing all the time..that part sux...

If you're trying to please your mom, then yes keeping in mind she'll crumble if you act your age. It's better to be yourself.
