I`m currently having trouble with lagging, is this due to lack of ram or lack of Video Card?

Is this during online play? Maybe your internet connection is the culprit. If this is the case, be sure to choose a gaming server with the lowest ping listed. The lower the ping, the less lag, or chance of lag.

Stuttering would be a more common side effect of lack of ram or videocard. Try lowering the visual settings to see if that makes any difference. Start with the details and work them down to see if that helps. If that doesn't help try lowering the resolution. If that doesn't help, then save a few $$$ and double your ram and get a half decent videocard, especially if you're using onboard video. Good luck!

If you are having a delay in downloading a video file from the Internet, you could have an Internet connection problem. If you are playing a game, you could have insufficient RAM or a insufficient Video card. Increasing your system RAM will increase your system's overall performance. Most likely due to BOTH. Your SLOW integrated graphics is stealing memory from your already small RAM, thus further reducing overall PC performance. Bigger RAM (at least 1Gb) and a discrete video card w/ dedicated memory should do wonders to your PC.

if in games specially in online games... maybe its the connection to the internet....
if offline games and startup... then maybe you have so many background applications running.. better disable some using....(start, run, type "msconfig", then startup ... uncheck some)
