Cedar Point help???

Question

I'm going to Cedar Point amusement park this Saturday and i was wanting to know if you can wear flip flops on all of the rollercoasters, because i love to wear flip flops and that's like the only shoes i ever wear. So please help me out and tell me? thanks.

I would highly discourage you from wearing flip flops. If you are interested in going on the Raptor or PowerTower, then wear shoes that cannot be flung off. I have had friends lose shoes and you cannot get them back because they usually fall off in areas that are restricted. Have fun.

I love Cedar Point! Is this you're first time? And I know and have seen lots of people that wear flip flops around the park. I'm pretty sure you can wear them but if not, you can always take them off and stick them in the bins. It's not uncommon to go bearfoot on the ride. Just check with the people working it first if they recommend taking them off or not.

Flip-flops aren't always the best shoes to wear to amusement parks, but they're certainly not restricted. I always prefer to wear sneakers or sandals with straps so I don't have to worry about my shoes falling off.

For most of the coasters, you'll be allowed to wear them, but for anything that is floorless (Raptor), you'll have to take them off. They'll either make you place them in a storage bin in the loading station, or they'll make you sit on them. This could be the same rule for other rides as well. For Power Tower, they'll definately make you take them off, but since there are no other cars to worry about in the loading station, you can leave them under your seat, then just simply slip them on after the ride ends.

Just in case, you might want to have a cheap extra pair in the car. You wouldn't wan tto spend loads of money on replacements at the souvenier shops if you do lose one. Good luck and have fun! I love Cedar Point!

You can certainly wear flip-flops to Cedar Point. Although, when going on rides where there is no floor beneath your feet such as Raptor and Power Tower, you are allowed to take them off. If they fly off, they may blow into restricted zones and you may not be allowed to get them back. They may also ask you to leave the park because you don't have shoes on. On other rides with floors (Magnum XL-200, Corkscrew, Mantis, etc.) you may wear your flip-flops and you don't have to worry about them flying away. Hope you have a great time on Saturday! Don't worry what everyone else says, flip-flops are alright to wear. My sisters wear them all the time to Six Flags and Dorney Park.

I personally would not wear anything but tennis shoes to Cedar Point , too many things that can pinch your toes. Also you may loose them on one of the rides and never get them back. Have fun, I used to love Cedar Point but now I'm an old fart and don't go anymore.

you can wear flip flops but they wouldnt be very comfortable to walk around in all day. u would just have to take them off for Raptor, MaxxAir, Wicked Twister, and Sky Hawk because your shoes would fall off. but they do have a place on each ride like that where you can take your shoes off while you are on the ride. hope i helped =D

I would not wear flip flops on any rides. Your not allowed to wear them on any hanging roller coasters like the raptor.

You can where flip flops while ur there but they'll make u go barefoot on the rides..

Even though you may have pretty toes, it is really not suggested to wear them. Laced up walking shoes are your best bet. (Even though I'd like to see your sexy feet) :)
