ok so I'm 21 and sexually active but me and my partner are usually pretty careful I guess, and my periods 2 weeks late and I'm also having abdominal pain... I took 3 pregency tests and they are all negetive...I'm kinda freaking out about now....

Please make an appointment to see a gynecologist. It could simply be a hormone imbalance but it could also be many other things: ovarian cyst, endometriosis, ectopic pregnancy, urinary or pelvic infection, etc. Only way to find out is to see the gynecologist.
If this pain gets worse, please don't wait for your appointment, go to the ER!
