.....with one of my contacts (ahem...you know who you are), anyway, when we were emailing back and forth about this, he couldn't really talk to me on the computer because he was talking to someone else on the phone, so he told me to pick the 2 teams I wanted...of COURSE I picked the 2 "sure bets". Well, both teams I picked won and now I feel bad...is this wrong? I feel like I took advantage of a situation because he wasn't paying attention to me. Should I still make him pay up on the bet? What would you do?

Your little jaunt through the football field got you in more trouble than you think. You will be put on the sex offenders list and may receive some time in jail followed by probation. I wouldn't want to be you in the courtroom. You have asked this question 5 times already Three of same questions were two years ago >>> What happened then.If this is your offense & no criminal record you will receive a big fine & thats if the judge is in a good mood.

It would depend on what you bet - but generally speaking a bet is a bet. More importantly - what would make you feel the best and do that. You can alway place another bet with him and say if you lose then you are even with him.

well i say you should let him pay up so that next time he will know to pay attention to you or just not make bets when he knows he already has a lot on your mind.

He could've been paying attention though, so you shouldn't feel bad. People who win bets don't feel bad for the ones who didn't because they won! They got the amount of the item betted.
