if he already knows how to skate plz don't get him a walmart board there only good for ollies and riding
or you could get him
a paintball gun they usually got those at walmart

A sizzlers race track from target.
sizzlers where very popular in the 70's ther back at Target get a couple of cars and a charger the sets comes with 1 car and 1 charger but you'll need more. the set is 29.99 and cars are 7.99 each. my boys love it.

inflatable toys are always cool, they make inflatable rock walls, pool toys... a water gun,marchmallow gun, potato launcher, a (foam) rocket launcher, traampoline shoes, a skateboard, pogostick (there are variations), remote controol helicopter or airplane, etc. browse around...
