If you took that many you wouldn't be on yahoo typing this question. Drink a coke or something with caffeine. Caffeine may help with headaches for some people.

Good Luck.. you might not make it past 50 or 60. You will kill your liver and die. Get extra strength tylenol and take 2 every 6-12 hours. Go see a doctor if that doesn't help.
Good Luck!

Aspirin has analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and antirheumatic actions. Largely hydrolyzed in the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and blood to salicylate, an active metabolite that is further metabolized primarily in the liver

An overdose such as yours would cause liver toxicity; increases the risk of gastric ulceration. and hemorrhage. It would also cause thrombocytopenia or low platelet count. which is needed for clotting.

It would also cause one hell of tinnitus or ringing of the ears for you.

Renal function impairment, especially if resulting in anuria or oliguria . Initially, it makes the urine alkaline, then, d minishes the amt and then finally,no urine at all. It would lead to increased risk of sodium retention, which may lead to hypernatremia,; edema and high blood pressure. That's why it's hazardous for geriatric patients.

In children, it causes the Reye's Syndrome.

It elevates the T4 in pts with hyperthyroidism.

It causes hemolytic anemia

These are the adverse effects of ASA;

Gastrointestinal complaints (stomach upset, dyspepsia, heartburn, small blood loss). To help avoid these problems, it is recommended that aspirin be taken at or after meals, or be taken in an enteric coated formulation. Undetected blood loss may lead to hypochromic anemia.

Severe gastrointestinal complaints (gross bleeding and/or ulceration), requiring discontinuation and immediate treatment. Patients receiving high doses and/or long-term treatment should receive gastric protection with high-dosed antacids, ranitidine or omeprazole.

Frequently, central effects (dizziness, tinnitus, hearing loss, vertigo, centrally mediated vision disturbances, and headaches). The higher the daily dose is, the more likely it is that central nervous system side-effects will occur.

Sweating, seen with high doses, independent from antipyretic action

Long-term treatment with high doses (arthritis and rheumatic fever): often increased liver enzymes without symptoms, rarely reversible liver damage. The potentially fatal Reye's syndrome may occur, if given to pediatric patients with fever and other signs of infections. The syndrome is due to fatty degeneration of liver cells. Up to 30% of those afflicted will eventually die. Prompt hospital treatment may be life-saving.
Chronic nephritis with long-term use, usually if used in combination with certain other painkillers. This condition may lead to chronic renal failure.

Prolonged and more severe bleeding after operations and post-traumatic for up to 10 days after the last aspirin dose. If one wishes to counteract the bleeding tendency, fresh thrombocyte concentrate will usually work.

Skin reactions, angioedema, and bronchospasm have all been seen infrequently.

So the answer is sure, it takes care of your headache a thousand fold but are you willing to assume the other risks of bleeding, and messing up your liver and kidney ?

it will stop working. the more you take they are designed to stop working eventually. they took out the stuff that can make you overdoes so unless you combine it with another drug you will only kill your liver and probably affect your kidneys as well. you should seek medical advice.
