white mother in Texas who drowned her 5 boys a few years back? Do you think she'll get as much leniency for "being insane" obviously as she is, just like the white mom of 5 was insane?
The white woman was Andrea Yates and remember how she drowned one by one, her 5 beautiful boys in her bathtub and initially she was sentenced to death or life in prison, but she got a second trial and was decalred insane. Do you think the Black woman who is also insane will be shown the same sensibility?

Not sure what Andrea Yates' bail was, but this Black woman has a $2Million bond???
It's so sad, so sad.

Juxtaposer: That's just how I roll, you know? I have always done it this way. My concern here however, is for the mother and my grief for the kids, not the Black - white depiction.

Flower Girl: If you don't what's sad, that I am sad for you. How old are you anyway that you even need to ask? Stop with your Black racism tyrant. I'm sick of it.

No, they're going to throw the book at her. It's unfortunate but there are two different legal systems in this country.

I know that the justice system is not equal especially in certain parts of the country but what can be done about that? I mean lets face it, no matter what we do, racism is going to exist until the end of time! You can't make this whole situation about race, its much more than that. These are very sick human beings that killed the babies they gave birth to...I can't even begin to fathom what must've run through their possessed minds while doing this. I was very upset that Andrea got away with it..I thought she deserved the death penalty and I would support the death penalty for this one as well. Black, white or yellow if you're sick enough to kill your own seeds, you are not capable of being trusted in society ever again..so death would be more than appropriate.

Somebody stupid enough to let a 13 month old with a seizure disorder bathe by themselves would have ended up killing the child one way or another eventually. You can't blame Facebook. This poor toddler is a tragic example of natural selection at work. The woman is going to have a tough time keeping her moron genes in the gene pool. Of course she should go to jail. That's not an accident, it's negligence.

Its very sad, but looks like there was some domestic violence in her home, so in her "mind" she may have thought she was saving the girls from any more violence.
I am not in her shoes so will refrain from judgement on this as its not fair, the news only portrays a small portion of whats really going on and Untill I know ALL the facts........
Am I saying that the mom was ok doing this? DEFINETLY not, but I have no idea what was going on in her head, nor have I ever met this woman.

I'm from Cleveland. That's where it happened and it is the talk of the town. We all agree that insane or not, no amount of insanity can drive a human to do that. Murderer. If she walks the streets ever again by any means possible, it just proves another reason just how screwed up this country's justice system is.

I think you have to be SOMEWHAT INSANE to KILL somebody! As for the punishment, the Yates woman shouldn't have gotten off for pleas of insanity. That was ridiculous. I think that there should be a law that if you kill somebody you should be sentenced to lethal injection too. What's to say that when they get out they won't kill somebody else? So I think if you kill somebody, you should have the same treatment, so you can see how it feels when you're rotting in Hell.

Well it should not matter the color of someones skin as to what punishment they receive. But, on the other hand it all depends on the state and their ways of dealing with a case like this. Some states still are somewhat racial in their justice systems and that I think they are wrong for.
The black woman should be able to receive the same treatment as the white woman since the cases are alike.

Honestly, I don't give a damn what their skin color was, they both deserve to rot behind bars for the rest of their lives. There is NO place in society for people like this, insane or not. They both should get the death penalty...and on a fast track. These is NO place for people like this in our society, prison or not.
Ticks me off that my taxes are going to provide a lifetime of free medical care, housing, education, medications, food, etc., for these sick people.

A mother just killed her defenseless babies and you're talking about black and white and your "concern for the mother"? Where's your concern for her dead children, and for other children that may suffer the same in the future? Every day, my own people choose to make it harder for themselves to be seen as credible, respectable people. How in the hell can you turn this into a racial issue?? Shame on you. There is no justification for your irresponsible and selfish spin on this incident. You need prayer just as much as this mentally ill mother does.
