I sometimes get 8 and sometimes 6 depending on if I have to get up really early or not. Have you ever had insomnia?

It depends. Last night I got about 4.5. It's usually between 5-8. Yes sometimes I have insomnia.

I sleep at 10 and wake up at 6:30. So 8 hours and 30 min

I get 5 hours of sleep on a good night and I don't get any sleep on a bad night. I'm an insomniac. I have been for most of my life.
