You need to reorganize your day. Do thing in order of priority. I have MS and that is the only way I can get things done. Set up your day to do things when your energy is higher, in seeing things get done you can rest awhile and go at it again. Just give it a try.

Well, how much sleep do you get every night? If you're a student in school, you should get at least 6-8 hours of sleep, and if you're an adult, you should get at least 6 hours. Eating breakfast in the morning also helps keep you awake, as does a cold shower.
Maybe you could pop bits or morsels of chocolate pieces in your mouth every few hours or so until you eat another full meal. (It really helps me stay awake.) Coffee helps too.
A short nap, even if it is only 5 minutes, can really get you refreshed.
And you could read a good joke every morning or evening to cheer up in case you get too depressed. Here's a good jokes web site: www.wocka.com

You have to rest your body to rest your mind. If your body is tired, then you can't and won't have the strength to do the things you need to do. Think about it!

Maybe you are setting your 'targets' too high? One thing at a time and don't expect too much of yourself, happiness is important - things don't always HAVE to be done!
