Bad I wouldn't like it at all. Litter, parking issues, noise. bright lights.

It depends on the proximity of the restaurant to your home. can you hear the noise, does it cause constant traffic and trouble getting to your home and is it a terrible/unpopular restaurant? If the answer to all these three questions is NO, then you're okay.

It depends. Does it impinge on your property somehow? Parking, smell of grease, late hours with rowdy drunks pouring out at closing time?

it depends on the area,,, if it is affluent for shopping and what not it probably is an up for that area... if its not a high traffic area and just a restaraunt and a few convenience stores then its probably neither a plus or a minus
