As I've gotten older, I can no longer party from dusk to dawn, sleep a few hours and start all over again. If I pull an all-nighter now, it takes three-four days (and good nights' sleep) to recover.
I've pretty much stopped "sweating the small stuff" and also realize(d) that it's almost ALL "small stuff".
I try to state clearly and concisely what I'm thinking, how I feel about whatever...rather than hoping someone will "figure" it out without my having to say it. (It is a heckuva lot easier!)
I'm learning about the importance of acceptance and forgiveness (for myself as well as for others).

My life has changed dramatically, from bad to better! I was a terrible teenager, and an even worse young adult, now I am in my thirties, I can honestly say if it gets better than this....bring it on!
