I do think it's kind of funny that an aunt knows about her 19 year old nephew's testicular issues...
However, I'd go with what the doctor said, provided he did a physical examination and provided a good explanation for the lump.
If he was basing his "diagnosis" on your nephew simply describing his symptoms, and didn't explain what it was, I'd be a little nervous and definitely get a second opinion, albeit not from the same doctor.

So he should not worry as it will go away. If that is what a doctor says, why would we who are just out in the world of cyber have a better idea than a professional...?

The doctor has seen it so he/she knows what it is a lot better than you do or a bunch of strangers.
