6 - 9 = -3

-3 X 4 = -12

-12 / 3 = -4

-4 / 2 = -2

-2 X 3 = -6

I got the same answer as sweet thing...is your problem
6-9 * 4/3 all divided by 2*3...6-36/3 divided by 6...6-12 divided by 6...-6/6 = -1

Just do each bit separately.

My answer may be wrong as your question is unclear as to whether or not it is (6-9) times (4 divided by 3) or ((6-9) times 4) all divided by 3. I'll assume you meant the former.

So, you can set it out using brackets.

((6-9)*(4/3))/(2*3)

So solve the separate brackets first.

=(-3*(4/3))/6

=-4/6
