Hostel 1 was just sick for the sake of shocking the audience it had no real story to it. Also that Mel Gibson film about Jesus way over the top.

I've seen the other answers. Faces of Death. This is double past grossifying. Any Saw movie is Disney, Small World compared to Faces. Enough said.

Hi Robert,
The movie itself wasn't stomach churning, but one of my favorite movies, stir of echoes, had a moment where my skin wanted to crawl off. It was when the victims finger nail snapped off on the floor. Makes me wince every time.
