Circus sized?? You mean circumcised? If that is the case, then don't worry. That's common for baby boys to have that done, for religious traditions or just to have it done for health reasons. It would be nice to give something, not a sympathy card, but a congrats card for the mother.

Neither. When your friend finds out what part of his son is circus-sized, he'll cheer up on his own. Matter of fact, don't be surprised when he tries to convince you (repeatedly) that the child is "just like his old man." If so, demand proof. (I always do, and it usually shuts the guy up in no time.)
